With two certified professional estimators on staff and a total of 80+ years cumulative experience, Naylor Construction Services Group can develop a detailed cost management program and estimates from the early concept stages of a project.  Estimates can be prepared from design and components not yet fully developed or conceived.  As the drawings are being completed, estimates are being updated with “real time information”.  Estimates are refined at various stages of the drawings and cost savings alternatives are evaluated.  This process allows our clients to achieve the best possible project while maintaining a budget that ensures success.
