With Design Build, you assign the responsibility to Naylor Construction Services Group for the entire project.  This offers single source responsibility.  From conception through completion, you are working with one firm.

Naylor Construction Services Group will provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) early in the process.  The GMP will include complete drawings and specifications with a complete, disclosed cost estimate.  Any savings between the cost of construction and the GMP are shared.

Construction can be fast tracked by starting material purchases as soon as they are selected and phases of the construction can begin as the drawings are being finalized.  Time between the drawings and construction are overlapped.

We begin reviewing in detail your current and future needs so that an effective, comprehensive project program can be developed that provides a budget, space planning, and a design concept.

With your input at the forefront, design and cost estimates are carefully reviewed with all the team members.  Careful attention is given to building aesthetics and quality, space planning, function, completion dates and total costs.

Each component of the building is carefully reviewed and evaluated for function, with special attention given to future maintenance requirements.  We will always present options so that you can make the final selection.
