Students at the University of Louisville have begun to move in at the recently completed Bellamy Louisville student housing project. This 640 bed 3-story wood frame project is located in downtown Louisville, KY. Bellamy Louisville is the third student housing project completed in the last 3 years for the same client. Built on a tight urban site, construction was completed in 11 months.
